Why PUSH Athletics Track Club
Training:
Get technique and event specific training from knowledgable coaches.
Weight Lifting:
Included in being apart of PUSH Athletic track club, athletes will have the opportunity to get sports specific weight training geared towards making them better.
Meets:
Compete in Summer League AAU sanction Meets with the opportunity to represent their age group at the AAU national Championships.
Injury Prevention:
All athletes will work on injury prevention to help lower the the chance of future injuries.
Nutrition:
Athletes and parents will have the opportunity to learn more about good nutrition habits that will help fuel the body to perform.
